Work on the F.M.S Building began in 1999 and was completed in 2000. It has been operated by Fundashon Material pa Skol (FMS), a government foundation that works on supplying public schools with educational material. It is situated at Jan Noordijnweg z/n. The size of the building is 1,800 m2.

At the end of 2007, Baroud Real Estate will begin developing a large project on the island of Aruba.

This will include a warehouse store building. Within this development is also the construction of 2 buildings suitable for a restaurant and other tourism related business activities. The total construction area will be 5,000 m2.
